Our Client is a fast growing Pet Food company that aims to provide more affordable and nutritious pet food in Indonesia and aims to expand its channel network across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire marketing channels to grow the awareness of the brand and products in the market
- Own all multichannel campaigns including social media, PR, website, blogs, events, product releases and inbound/outbound marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and develop marketing strategy and marketing plan, communicate with appointed agencies for marketing activities such as Creative and Events etc
- Responsible for enhancing distribution of the products across channels (such as Vet Clinics, Offline Retailers and Ecommerce) and liaise with corresponding third parties on negotiation and execution
- Manage and establish the marketing budget and effectively allocate resources to different channels based on performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in business, marketing, communications or related field
- At least 3 years of prior experience in Pet related industry such as Pet food or nutrition is highly preferred
- Prior knowledge of Ecommerce and Digital Channels is mandatory
- Entrepreneurial Self Starter and driven to succeed independently
- Able to work well in startup environment and respond well to changes
- Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and marketing goals.
