Job Description:

Reporting to Business Development Head this position is responsible to develop agency shariah at assigned area which include the following:
  • Work together with agency force to implement busines strategy to achive company objective.
  • Monitor, maintain and motivate agency force to achieve sales result including manpower, activity ratio and productivity.
  • Support and engage with agency force to find solution on daily activity
