- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major, preferably relating to public policy, and/or renewable energy and/or climate resilience and sustainability.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience and passion in delivering consulting services for government and /or SoE and/or international development institutions.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Strong project management skills with multiple projects and diverse team members.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and across countries collaboration.
- Ability to work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
- Manage government and public sector engagements in the area including citizen services, digital transformation, infrastructure reform, public finance management and sustainability.
- Manage the engagement team to complete task and deliver qualified output timely.
- Participate in business development activities to create new opportunities.
- Maintain relationship with colleagues and clients from a wide range of business areas worldwide.
- Act as counselor for GPS team member in their career journey.
- Works effectively as part of GPS team, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and coordinating subordinates while providing appropriate updates to leaders.
- Actively expand transformative consulting skills and professional development through training course, mentoring and daily client interactions.
