- Lead the Accounting & Tax team.
- Provide commercial and financial advice to the business and the Board that takes into account financial best practice
- Handling site operational in Accounting and Tax, will be responsible to overall site finance operations
- Using exceptional communication and influencing skills to develop and maintain high level stakeholder relationships
- Design and implement an integrated management reporting system which provides data for decision-making which will ensure that business objectives are met.
- Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders; attend meetings and represent the company.
- Able to work individually and in a team environment to support month-end accounting close process by assuring the completion of accurate journal entries, analyze financial reports, investigate variances and ensure consistent and accurate data.
- The Accounting Tax Manager will be responsible for the preparation of the full sets of accounts with analysis and reconciliation schedules and the preparation of monthly reports, consolidation packages and statutory reports for Year-End Closing.
- Managing and check the tax monthly report and annual tax return to ascertain the report in accordance with regulation of company, rule of law and regulation to minimize the tax risk.
- Plan, review and monitor the Company's Budget periodical tracking in order to ensure the activities are always within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields with preferably accounting certifications.
- At least 2 years experiences as Accounting & Tax Manager / equivalent
- Ability to work directly in site with roster system
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven ability to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through change with a focus on maintaining a positive culture, promoting innovation and delivering continuous improvement.
- High level computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and initiative
- Experience handle Company ERP Accounting system, having the Certified Accountant and also mastering taxation Brevet A and B in details (certified).
- Always updated with changes in taxation and finance regulations
