- Ensuring the execution of promotional strategies to drive and push business
- Managing sell-in and sell-out to deliver planned profitable growth
- Handling GT channel and ensuring that deployment and execution of all strategies are delivered
- Ensuring that performance of distributors are aligned with the planned P&L
- Taking corrective actions when needed to ensure that all strategies are aligned with the goals
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of commercial working experience preferably in Building Materials/FMCG sector
- Minimum of 4 years working experience handling a team
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience handling distributor accounts (Distributor Management)
- Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Open for relocation to other major cities
