JOB DESCRIPTION * Welcome, greet, and support members
- Answering general emails, phone, and direct inquires
- Check in and track overall space usage
- Deliver Kolega registration form to new members and customers by paper or digital
- Engage members and learn their needs and priorities
- Make sure at all the times that members/community have a clean, healthy, and functional working environment
- Support online activities including post daily in social media
- Manage event schedule on your location
- Create, organize, and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Support in making event's layout and rundown
- Connect each member from one another
- Process and receive all feedback or request from members
- Deliver marketing programs to the community
- Coordinate with Marketing and PR teams to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage administrative matter, phone calls, and member or roombookings
- Create and update records and databases
- Communicate with potential members and acquiring them
- Deliver whole Kolega programs and products
- Experience launching community initiatives
- Passionate and articulate with the ability to analyze the implications of communications and messages.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Must have a cutting edge interest in social community and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realised.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
