- Actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Provide an end-to-end consultation to Emerhub clients.
- Management of client accounts from start to finish (from generating, closing, and retaining leads/ clients/accounts) by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing long-lasting relationships with new customers.
- Work together with different teams to ensure the best possible service for our clients.
- Relevant experience in sales/account management/business development, preferably in services industry especially B2B
- Degree in any major, preferably Business/Management
- Preferably from a consulting firm or having an HR background
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal communication
- Familiar with CRM tools
- Good understanding in business regulations or manpower regulations will be a major advantage
- Team leadership experience will be an advantage
- Willing to work in hybrid arrangement (mostly on-site)
