Job Position Function :
- Plan, develop, coordinate, supervise personnel activities, administration and payroll, wages and development activities (training) and general issues (security), building installation and maintenance and public order within the company.
I. HR
PLANNING
- Planning / work program of human resources in accordance with the schedule and qualifications required by company
- Submission of proposal for improvement of qualification and quantity of human resources to be positioned / staffing more appropriate in the framework of work productivity
- Payroll calculation, BPJS registration and calculation
- The existence of personnel procedure in accordance with the needs of company that are socialized and to be implemented (from plan, recruitment, staffing, training, layoffs)
- Stewardship of letters and employment procedures that do not cause confusion in the operation that will not increase the risk to the company.
- The existence of an objective evaluation of human resources that can be used in the company in the context of productivity.
- Implementation of work programs and fulfillment of HR requirement in a timely manner and accurately (qualification / quantity of human resources as needed)
- Handling human resources effectively, efficiently and without causing any harm to the company.
- Coordination with internal departments of the company in terms of completion of staffing, and handling of cases to avoid conflicts
- Implementation of activities related to matters of employment and can follow the rules of the legislation appropriately and effectively.
- Coordination with external companies or bodies / government so as not to cause conflicts that may harm the company
- conduct control over the use of human resources throughout the department in the framework of optimal labor productivity and efficiency, as well as in the context of placing appropriate HR capabilities.
- Conduct control of human resources discipline on the Company Regulation, code of conduct set by the company and conduct actions and sanctions in accordance with applicable rules
- Submission of proposals on reform of work patterns, employment rules leading to productivity and efficiency
- Reporting all personnel plans and activities in a timely manner by the end of the month
PLANNING
- Create work plan of the general section relating to maintenance activities, office cleanliness, driver logistics, company and factory environment.
- Planning concerning to letters, permits, and other levies that are the company’s responsibility to the relevant agencies effectively
- Prepare improvement and developments of common parts relating to productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementation of general operation on cleanliness, service and transportation in accordance with operational standards that have been proposed and approved by superiors
- Handling of letters, permits and implementations of payments of levies in a timely and efficient manner as stipulated by the superiors
- Implement control over all public infrastructure facilities in order to function effectively and optimally
- Report immediately about deviations from the use of public infrastructure and the treatment of property.
- Planning concerning letter, permits and other levies that are the company’s responsibility to the relevant agencies / government bodies effectively
- Submission of proposals on the reform of system / processes and rules on general operations leading to productivity and efficiency
- Report all general plans and activities in a timely manner at the latest on the 3rd of the following month
PLANNING
- Operational work plan of the security guard in accordance with the rules and regulations that have been arranged in the system and procedures
- Plan for absent security, its replacement to have a continuous safeguard environment
- The existence of security guard and procedures that lead to the Order of operational to safeguard Assets, Human Resources and Management
- The existence of security guard and procedures concerning the attitude and decisions of the Security Guard as a respected security but not feared.
- The existence of a concept that regulates the mental attitude of the security guard in providing guidance and training with patience.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge on company regulation and its related government regulations
- Able to handle Employees social security (BPJS)
- Able to prepare and revise Work agreement
- Able to develop evaluation (Performance Appraisals) for all employees periodically and appropriately
- Able to prepare competency Matrix and training needs
- Able to handle expatriates permits with the related external agencies
- Able to organize training internally and externally
- Understand the Rules and Regulations of Income tax article 21
- Skilled at operating computer with Window and Office
- 4 years as Personnel & administrative supervisor
