- Supply Acquisition - Recruiting and on boarding trucking companies and individual truckers onto our marketplace and platform.
- Supply Training - Overseeing all driver training's and accreditation's including initial orientation training as well as advanced skills and accreditation training.
- Supply Management - Managing driver education and driver support channels. Investigating complaints and applying disciplinary actions when needed. Providing various levels of driver support.
- Quality Control - Running rigorous QC tests and controls to improve service quality, handling all logistics process mapping for key accounts, and overseeing the insurance program.
Substantial experience in an operations, process, or project role is a must
Must have managed a team of at least 4 full-time staff for a minimum of 3 years
Prior experience in logistics and transportation is a plus
GPA of 3.2 or higher in undergraduate studies a must
Strong English required
