Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and directing of production activities and projects
- Ensure utilization of best practice engineering methods to provide expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives
- Design plans for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment via leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering while upholding GMP engineering standards across sites
- Managing new product development from theoretical recipe to lab prototype and final product
- Build up strong product development team in term of technical knowledge and working skill
- Responsible for formulation and cost optimization projects.
- Following up quality of competitor’s products on market.
- Bachelor degree or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemist/Chemicals
- At least 10 years’ experience in R&D and Production areas for Latex Paint
- Master the methods of latex painting products research and develop.
- Experience in creating and managing intellectual property and fostering an innovative culture
- Strong at leadership, project management, problem solving and production
