Our client is a professional handling in Industrial Manufacturers and Fabrications in Indonesia with a growing portfolio. They are a significant player in the composite material with projects spanning from Oil & Gas, up to Pharmaceutical, Textile and Pulp & Paper. They continue to produce the highest standards of products and services while growing their market presence in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales and project management to validate Promise, Due, and Assembly Start dates, drive innovation, identify and implement cost savings potential.
  • Analyze usage of inventory per machine types plus aftermarket business and optimize accordingly.
  • Responsible for inventory usage and reduction of Excess & Obsolete materials.
  • Manage inventory & Warehouse, establish and reviews Economic Order Quantities, Safety Stock and Lot Sizes.
  • Ensure lead times and part availability are accurate to fulfil project needs.
  • Review weekly shortages and coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing for scheduling optimization.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant local experience in Engineering Management, Composites, Piping or Building Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Good technical knowledge and experience in handling of technical issues.
  • Good knowledge of budget and schedule control
  • Good knowledge of building code and regulatory requirements
