SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT MANAGER - ENVIRONMENT
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Environment/Chemical or related field or Management in Business Administration.
- 6-8 years manufacturing experience and or manufacturing engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change utilizing lean principles.
- Proven experience in implementation of sustainability program arid consulting skills/Factory engagement expertise.
- Experience working in cross functional environment.
- Having broad understanding in Strategy deployment and implementing strategies.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and have sound judgment and analytical abilities.
- Must have strong attention to detail with proven, capabilities in handling multiple priorities.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering from an Accredited University
- 5 years of relevant experience with manufacturing environment -will be preferred.
- Broad understanding in leading change utilizing lean principles.
- Experience in implementation of sustainability program and consulting skills/Factory engagement expertise.
- Experience working in cross functional environment.
- Lead and build capabilities in PDCA problem solving
- Drive strategy deployment at factory level.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and have sound judgment and analytical abilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
- Auditing experience in Health and Safety/ Labor and knowledge of country law on labor/Health safety and environment.
- 3-5 years of auditing and working in manufacturing environment.
- Broad understanding or country laws on environment/labor/health and safety.
- Drive compliance with Nike Code of Conduct, Core Leadership Standards, local laws and regulations across Nike Factory Partners
- Deliver against factory life cycle operational processes e.g. new source approval process, post audit activities, divests
- Deliver timely and accurate data management
- Drive compliance with Nike Code of Conduct, Core Leadership Standards, local laws and regulations across Nike Factory Partners
- Must be fluent in English with excellent com outer, written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel to factories and vendors to perform, on site audits.
