- Lead and mentoring all product team
- End-to-end product management for MyValue loyalty platform apps, dashboard backoffice platform (CMS) and other CFP products.
- Responsible to ensure that the product and features function well and able to assist business stakeholders if necessary.
- Analyze and monitor existing product's performance and customer data.
- Explore and discover initiatives and improvements for MyValue products
- Collaborating with various, cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, design, customer service) in the development of new products or features launch.
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and customer-oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and prepare detailed user stories and documentations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various and cross functional teams.
- Bachelor degree of equivalent degree (all majors) from reputable universities.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and any other statistical or data analysis tools will be a plus.
