- Handing end-to-end HR function, from recruitment to termination
- Build and mould the HR function in retrospect of the company's value and goals
- To enhance and maintain a collaborative practices to ensure harmonious relationship between the company and the labor union
- Creating new policies in regards to updated labor laws and implement them to the workforce
- Managing and ensuring collaborative practices between each divisions within the organization
- Involved in building organizational structure and supporting future transformation programs
- Ensuring compliance from all levels of the organization
To be a successful candidate, you will be required to have:
- Min. 7 years of experience in human resources division, 5 years of experience in management
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, or similar field is preferable
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry is a must
- Experienced in handling industrial relation matter within a manufacturing setting
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and implementation of a program
- English language skill is an added point
- Experienced in end-to-end Human Resources function
