- Coordinate, communicate, and direct the team so every frontliner function, back office at the branch company and head office can run effectively to support customer end user satisfaction and implement & develop service standard with related department
- Collecting data, analyze, & evaluate voice of customer end user and ensure the further process with department & branch company through mass medias
- Control, develop, and implement the finalization activity process and report of the project and final data from service to end user strategy that implemented by voice of customer analysis data for ensure that the condition and development went well & in time
- Create & evaluate company standard service blueprint of customer end user to satisfy customer needs or expectation consistently
- Maintaining customer loyal by creating event & collaboration with LOB for programming
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Proficiency in operating Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
- Have a strong understanding of customer behavior
- Have a good driving force, courage, and integrity
- Have a good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in customer focus manner
