We are now seeking a position as Business Development Manager who will handle sales, account management and business development of industrial plastic packkaging products. Key responsibilities as below :
- will be responsible for new account acquisition.
- will be executing on leads from the lead generation roles in marketing
- responsible for identifying key prospects
- contacting decision makers
- arranging business meetings to understand and assess customer needs.
- will use their strong understanding of the packaging process to promote industrial packaging products that will address customer needs.
- will provide leadership and technical expertise and translate gaps and needs of brand-owners and co-packers into actionable strategies.
- will generate new revenue and profit by offering product and service solutions to targeted prospects. will be market / customer facing
- will be responsible for executing Business Development strategies.
- closing new customer deals.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in manufacturer and support large scale B2B environment as sales, account management, and/or business development.
- Equipping with 5+ years of experience in developing industry developing on strategic business development and growth opportunities in to support consumer goods, pharmaceutical, cosmetic as B2B partnership
- Proven track record of successful business development and commercial success in B2B environment
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Willing be based at Tangerang as permanent employee.
