Job Description
- Actively taking lead on account management;
- Nurturing your accounts expertly, from the initial on-boarding right through to their growth phase;
- Becoming the trusted and respected account manager for the partners;
- Making every project a winner by being on top of your partners’ requests and fulfilment;
- Monitor second hand device price in market and responsible for price tagging partners which has been entrusted;
- Collaborating with other teams in the company that are partner-facing.
- Work accordingly to fulfil and achieve KPI
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management, preferably on retail
- Bachelor’s degree of any major
- Exceptional interpersonal skills,
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills,
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
