- Strengthen brand awareness in society, align with marketing programs
- Lead and oversee hospital marketing programs to both external and internal stakeholders
- Take charge of public relations and media relations, including social media channels for organizations
- Conceptualize, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with related departments to develop new packages / services that is in line with the trend
- Raise hospital revenue through conversion of engagement into sales
- Build cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, services, and industry trend to develop focused communications programs
- Managing department budget related to marketing activities
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Marketing Manager or above
- Professional background in healthcare, preferably in hospital
- Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
- Creative individual with high agility and adaptability
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Minimum bachelor degree. Master degree in Marketing or Management is preferred
