We are recruiting on behalf of a Stealth Startup company, and they are currently looking to hire a Chief Technology Officer that will be one of the founder figures in the company as well.
Responsibilities:
- Set the technical vision and strategy and ensure that the company's technology development plan is in line with the business goals
- Ensure new high-quality and timely delivery of all software from the engineering teams
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of overall technology infrastructure
- Attract, assess, hire and retain and grow quality technical talent
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or a related subject is required
- Min 5 years of professional experience
- Fast learner and able to implement leading-edge information technologies
- Having a working experience in a tech company is a plus
- Experience in developing any online booking platform or features is a plus
