A Bachelor Degree in Business or related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross division. Previous experience in sales-related role is a must.
What Will You Do:
- Responsible for revenue generated from multi sectors mainly manufacturing customers (B2B), and B2C customers from a geographically territory assigned, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities
- Manage portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal visits, using face to face contact/virtual to provide a ‘personal service’ (customized service).
- Ensure all customer issues/concerns in regards to customer service, service recovery and credit control are well coordinated and managed with relevant departments in company
- Developing an Annual customer call cycle (Planned and Unplanned Maintenance) to secure committed orders with new and existing customers and gaining any information on competitor’s movement to ensure that individual agreed targets are achieved
- Controlling all documentation and data relating to customer visits, agreements and terms to reference, to ensure that customs information is maintained accurately in the customer database
- Analyzing and monitoring data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends, in order for decisions on relevant actions as necessary
- Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over managerial line and functional personeel, nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, transportation or related
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales
- Proficiency in working with CRM / Sales platform tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
