About the Marketing Manager (Golf Course and Country Club) Role:
Reporting directly to the GM and BoD, you will be based in Jakarta an take charge of developing the marketing campaigns (on/offline) end to end as well as driving partnership and sponsorship acquisition. You will also help develop inbound marketing content including blogs, social media content, email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive inbound marketing content including blogs, social media content, email marketing campaigns
- Evaluate customer segments and create client profiles for focused targeted marketing
- Conceptualise strategic campaign for various customer segments and translate business goals into digital marketing objectives
- Lead the team to excellence and achieve business objectives
- Work effectively across functions such as retail operations, sales, etc.
- Track the effectiveness of each campaign and provide detailed insights to the business
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in branding or event marketing
- Solid understanding of Data and ability to create visualisation in Tableau
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency and hospitality is preferred
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications is preferred
- Strong resilience to thrive in a high-performing culture
