PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Restaurant / F&B company in finding great talent as a Human Resources Manager with the requirement as follow:
Location: South Jakarta
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of human resources or industrial relations function that covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, hiring-termination.
- Review and give advice to the management in terms of employment contracts, company policy, SOP, and keep up to date with the government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the government regulations.
- Handle problems and complaints (dealing with third partry if needed)
- Manage grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement (Create new systems and schemes)
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Human Resources Function and 4 years in managerial level.
- Have good knowledge and experience in handling HR Compliance or Industrial Relations
- Strong knowledge in labor law, HR Policies, HR procedures and keep up-to-date with the government regulations.
- Strong experience in dealing with unions
- Familiar with recruitment process
- Team player with solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Good analytical and using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Quick to adapt with new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
