- Works directly with the Executives to support all aspects of their daily routine.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary; capable of resolving most issues and requests independently.
- Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials and overall management of the calendar.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Maintain various records and documents for Executives.
- Book and/or purchase products and services
- Safely and discreetly keep sensitive documents and files
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office & 365
- In depth knowledge of office management
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Bachelor degree from Business Administration / Management or other related majors
- Fluent in Enlish is a must, both writing & speaking
- Proven experience as executive secretary
- At least have 2 years experience for being Executive Secretary
