- Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with retail merchants (online/offline)
- Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics
- Act as a point of contact and collaborate with different departments within the organization to onboard potential partners
- Act as a Product consultant mastering the company's portfolio
- Working with marketing to create campaign, and onboarding merchants to join
- Dealing with merchant and principle with Key Account in order to support program promotion and sales improvement
- Plan and build data-driven strategies adaptable to the different clients
- Master/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- At least 7 years of relevant Business Development experience; with strong people management experience expected
- A result-driven individual with the passion for networking with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Able to form excellent working relationship with partners especially with merchants and e-commerce/marketplace companies
- Strong leadership ability with experience building teams
- A smart and adaptable individual, with superb interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Data driven strategic thinker, strong business acumen, comfortable in multi-tasking and handle uncertainty with minimal guidance
