This role will be responsible for:
- Oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of technical system and processes, including shop drawing, drafting of construction work plans, preparing the proposal for management approval
- Provide timely and effective advice, information and technical interpretation for stakeholders and proactively understand and anticipate their business needs
- Manage subcontractors providing technical services (temporary works)
- Supervise a team of engineers and document controllers
- Be responsible for the scheduling works, including a planning engineer supervision
- Propose value engineering to optimize the Project Design
- Work with project management on monthly site reports
- Be responsible for permits submittal and approval.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with an emphasis in Industrial Manufacturing or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills
- Able to motivate teams, navigate and lead change at the operational.
- Able to communicate in English
