Job Description:
- Manage key sales accounts within product range or assigned district.
- Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities.
- Analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to an account.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
- Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
- Bachelor's degree at the very least
- Have at least 3 years experience in Key Account Management in Managerial area
- Should have experience in managing key account officers across Indonesia
- Has good interpersonal skill
- Team player, strong leadership, communication and managerial skill
- Computer, internet literacy and able to communicate in English
- Self-motivated, analytical and good problem solving
