Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize sales and distributor coverage for tire stores in Jakarta
- Achieve minimum sales target for 138 accounts (@100 tyres/account/month)
- Develop and maintain good relationship, business operation and sales growth with stores
- Work closely with Head of Consumer and Assistant Sales Manager to improve business operations
- Conduct benchmarking activities with competitors
- Maintain good merchandising, display and store's presentation at 138 stores
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2 years related experience with sales and marketing
- Has basic tire, product and business process knowledge
- Good interpersonal, communication and influence skills
- Familiar with MS Office Applications
