YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and Own the Packaging operations processes in the ASEAN region
- Act as the Packaging project manager between global cross-functional teams, the relevant ASEAN Business, production sites and external artwork agencies in projects assigned
- Identifies and evaluate new packaging solutions and trends to support NPDs, cost optimization, and sustainability opportunities.
- Provide Technical expertise and drive the correct set up of Technical Packaging Specifications & Graphics
- Actively manage and communicate project deliverables for tasks related to Packaging engineering, Graphics and artwork development, following established GxP Global processes. Proactively engage in obtaining any missing project information from client cross-functional teams and control the development of project timelines
- Support the growth and expansion of the ASEAN scope by delivering excellent Packaging expertise and consultancy to the internal Customers, being a key partner for the PS (Product Supply) strategies
- Effectively manage International communication with internal and external business partners
- Education: Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Industrial Design, with min. 10y experience, Master's Degree (or equivalent) with min. 6y experience
- Experience and proven success in Consumer Healthcare OTC / Pharmaceutical product packaging with broad understanding of Packaging and Graphics; Processes, Technologies, Materials, and Industrialization.
- Track record of good project management, goal-oriented focus and drive for continuous improvement.
- Must be a team player with excellent project management and organizational skills
- A positive, proactive and flexible attitude with the ability to integrate and identify to our products, strategies and values
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high degree of customer focus
- Fluent in English, every other language as an asset
