- Managing end-to-end HR function on site, including recruitment, industrial relations, organizational development, and termination
- Able to recruit high quality candidates and able to retain them
- Previous experiences in creating and setting up new sites, including new areas and mining processes
- Deep understanding in performance management within mining industries, such as KPI and target benchmarks
- Deep understanding of labor laws and local laws to implement them to the organization
- Collaborate and assist other department managers on performance management and other human resources function
- Assist and report to senior management regarding the process and progress of the human resources function
- Ensuring highest level of performance from the workforce to support mining and production activity
- Ensuring compliance to company policies and labor law
A successful candidate must possess:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 8 years within the human resources function, at least 4 years in managerial area
- Minimum of 5 years within mining industries, preferably positioned on site
- Strong understanding of labor laws, local laws, and CLAs
- Proven track record of recruitment and retaining ability, followed by understanding performance management and talent development
- Willingness for an 8-2 roster and placed in South Kalimantan Area
- Good communication and negotiation skills
