DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W)

Responsibilities:
  • Support demand and data analytics team to identify trends and reach meaningful insights for digibank improvements by collecting, analyse, interpret, and presenting data.
  • Prepare required reporting and dashboard to support operational and service activities to implement development process data-driven solution ▪ Participate in identifying the potential of abnormality pattern in digibank application usage
  • Monitor and Control data quality provide by Data Analytics Team
  • Implement risk awareness and compliance with Group policies, standards, and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • understand on data analysis
  • Prior experience in banking/ financial institutions
  • Experience in a multiple oroducts (cards, banking and unsecured loan module)
