Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Manage sourcing of customers and suppliers. Build and maintain relationships with both customers and suppliers and to assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base
- Trading and in-depth knowledge of the integrated commodities processing business and market with a focus in the trading market
- Set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed
- Develop and manage operating budgets
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current customer profiles
- 8 – 10 years of business development and/or sales experience with a core focus in the commodity processing space with specialisation in the coal trading industry
- Proven success in the commodity trading space would be highly desirable
- A proven track record of customer and market development with experience across the various commodity processing stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the commodity processing and trading market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa, and English
