Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve and monitor sales targets for distributors and design financial performance and sales productivity indicators
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations on company innovative products, distributor rewards and programs while increasing market share
- Develop strategic work plans and marketing programs, in the acquisitions of new and growth of existing distributors
- Work closely with other functions such as Marketing and Direct Sales in the execution of the overall strategy and ensuring internal alignment
- Bachelor's Degree in chemistry or engineering
- 5-7 years experience in a related field - with hands on experience working with chemical distributors and/or key accounts
- Ability to converse and negotiate terms in mandarin, at a minimum of business level
- Experience in industrial b2b industries with a strong drive for sales and proven success in the development of indirect channels
