An exciting VP of Brand Marketing (Quick Service Restaurants) job opportunity has become available at an American-based multinational chain of fast food restaurants.

About the VP of Brand Marketing (Quick Service Restaurants) Role:
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for establishing and aggressively driving the mass media journey in Indonesia and over time building brand awareness with the objective of driving traffic to the outlets in the country. This is a critical induction and part of the core marketing team which will be responsible for building brand equity in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive total country marketing strategy and initiatives to drive increased sales and market share
  • Lead the team to excellence and achieve business objectives
  • Conceptualise strategic campaign for various customer segments
  • Work effectively across functions such as retail operations, sales, etc.
  • Track the effectiveness of each campaign and provide detailed insights to the business
To succeed in this VP of Brand Marketing (Quick Service Restaurants) role, you will need extensive experience managing creative and media agencies, and handling more than five full 360 including TVC, digital and retail for the past couple of years.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or related
  • Minimum of eight years' experience in handling similar tasks
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proactive, self-driven and results-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Prior experience in marketing is mandatory
  • Multiple industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong resilience to thrive in a high-performing culture
