We have some projects are searching for Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) & English Bilingual customer serviced representatives for some of our clients
Here's the perks:
- Competitive hourly rate with a daily paid 45 to 60 minute lunch break and bio-break.
- Approximately 160-180 monthly paid hours. (8 to 10 hours per day)

Requirements
Here's what we're looking for:
- Efficient, proactive-personality, responsible, responsive Customer Service Representative is required
- More than 1 year E-commerce customer service experiences. Amazon customer service experiences is preferred.
- Answer Inbound Calls, response customer Emails & Live messages
- Reliable computer, reliable Internet access, and also a quiet work environment required.
**Work Shift Hours:
Between 8 am to 6 pm Beijing time Monday to Friday
