We are now seeking a position as Manufacturing Support Manager who will handle Production, Engineering Maintenance and Continuous Improvement lines & function of industrial packaging printing products.
Key responsibilities as below :
- Support Operation Plus deployment across Ops area, including RTT & Pillar Deployment
- Support Offset & Rotogravure production troubleshooting, improvement, and standard development to fulfil customer demand & quality specification
- Identify opportunities and drive initiatives for continuous improvements, sustainability, and OEE improvements.
- Initiatives covers into O+/CI saving incorporate with OperationsPlus Manager
- Ensure alignment with regional plans and goals on strategic plans to drive consistencies and best practices onsite and achieve sustainability.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with the different business and support functions to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of production operation.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies for better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.
- Provide support to region level in formulating solutions, by active participation and involvement in project management for program rolled out for Asia.
- Under assignment by Operations Manager request
- Direct subordinates including Line Lead's position and their team under.
- Leading Production, Engineering Maintenance and Continuous Improvement lines in packaging production and printing lines.
- Degree in any Engineering discipline from reputable universities.
- Possess minimum 10 years of multinational manufacture, industrial packaging, or printing packaging
- Have experience to develop and to implement Continuous Improvement project/initiative including TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TQM, IWS (preferable) to support B2B customized orders.
- Have experience in printing offset will be valuable.
- Fluently communicate in English is mandatory.
- Willing be based at Pasuruan as permanent hiring.
