You will be responsible for managing the implementation of the new Mobility Operating Model project, particularly related governance on Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) operations but not limited to – which could influence the fuels business, that supports Mobility strategic priorities and accountable not only for seamless operations transition but also deliveries of in-organic business development.

What’s the role?

As Project Manager (Non-Fuel Retail), your key accountabilities include the following:

Lead the implementation of the new end to end business process, new permit requirements, and legal regulations.

Integrate new business processes development across functions and liaise effectively with key stakeholders through recurring coordination call/meeting to meet agreed actions and timeline.

Development of robust plan for management of change, consider risks and mitigations, and engage relevant stakeholders both internal Shell and external parties (retailers) to safeguard the deployment. Hypercare monitoring during the launch phase and initiate PDCA.

Explore in-organic growth opportunities by finding potential strategic business partners both for lube bay and shop.

Coordinate with relevant team (Legal, Tax, CR, Finance, global team, etc.) to run due diligence and commercial assessments for strategic business partner selection process

Develop business case and investment proposal to secure management supports.

Lead commercial discussion for business model with internal and external stakeholders, liaise with Legal team for contractual agreement.

Manage stakeholders to ensure seamless transition in the joint-partnership implementation. Arrange employee engagement sessions and feedback loop during the transition period.

What we need from you

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Extensive experience and proven skills in project management.

Strong business development and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills across organization levels.
