- Maximum 25 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology
- Have 1-2 years of experience in HR (Fresh graduate are welcome)
- Have knowledge in Psychological Test Administration
- Knowledgeable about Recruitment and Training Process
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Have knowledge about Labor Law, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Know about how to used Job Portal
- Able to work outside of working hours
- Strong interpersonal, attractive person, flexible, highly motivated person, and good communication skills
- Active on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
- Responsible for controlling the HRD process including recruitment, training, assessment, performs employee evaluation (managing and developing human resources)
- Finding sources for job seekers (Online Recruitment, Outsourcing, Headhunters, Employee Reference, Campus Hiring and job portal such as Karir.com, etc)
- Controlling and monitoring end-to-end recruitment process
- Handling Employee Career Development from recruitment to terminate
- Entering new employee data into the company's HRIS program
- Filing employee database
- Prepare and coaching Induction session of new employees
- Make employee recruitment effective and efficient
- Support and process company documents, especially those related to the employee management system databases and make sure the accuracy
- Communicate with people from all level within and outside organization
- Make an employee employment contract and renew the validity period of the employment contract
- Responsible to control employee attendance, calculation of salaries and benefits (Compensation Benefit Employee)
- Conducting employee performance monthly, half yearly and yearly such as assessments, performance appraisals and employee KPI's
- Conduct employees discipline and give punishment for employee who breaking the rules
- Make monthly reports on HR progress towards their work to superiors
- Take care of all company needs related to correspondence (Decree, Certificate, etc)
- Responsible for employee needs such as managing employee uniforms, ID Cards, etc
- Making and controlling HR budgeting
