Job description
In your new role you will:
- Have Equipment know-how and troubleshooting.
- Performing root-cause analyses, controlling and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g. OEE, UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.).
- Understand Equipment specifications, tooling requirements, and knowledge, documentation (E-FMEA, OJTI, T32, TBD), proper qualification dan ability to release new equipment through Change Management.
- Performing the equipment safe release procedure and supporting quality audit.
- Overseeing the production of equipment, providing & maintain documentation for equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical.
- Having experience as an equipment engineer in an electronic manufacturing company min 1-2 years.
- Good proficiency in English with good communication skills.
- Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and high teamwork spirit collaborating with cross-sites counterparts
- Must be comfortable with stress and pressure.
