- Document verification, analyze and entry the claims if the TAT over the target
- Direct approval as claim processor's authority limit
- Send the claim to direct Supervisor (AssMan) to be checked and approved if the authority over staff level
- Make revision of the claim which have been corrected from their Supervisor
- Checked and approved claims as SPV's authority limit which delivered from their staff
- Monitoring the Claim SLA & productivity for team member
- Review denied claim
- Works with third party administration (admedika/Halodoc) to do the claim monitoring, investigate the necessity of inpatient treatment in term of medicine expense or type of examination.
- Training and Coaching the analyst
Job Requirement:
- Experiences in hospital or clinic at least 2 years experiences
- Capable of health claim processing, with experiences in insurance at least 4 years experiences
- Medical knowledge & skill
