Job Description

Manage end to end talent acquisition process for white collar and blue collar positions

Act as an advisor and trusted partner to the Indonesia leadership team and work closely with department heads to source the best talent for the organisation

Educate the business on talent acquisition trends and best practices

Reputable and well-established global company |Direct reporting line to Global TA Director

At least 10 years of prior experience in talent acquisition, ideally with multinational companies

Familiarity of working in a matrix structure collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders

Familiarity and well-versed with Indonesia labour regulations

Proven track record in the fulfilment of white collar and blue collar positions, and exposure of working in a manufacturing an corporate environment
