- Define specifications, gather, and analyze user requirements to meet business needs and business opportunities.
- Transform research & business data into insight, business strategy design and business process.
- Create business requirement document (FSD and BRD), and project flow; discuss and give suggestions of best practices to the client.
- Together with the project manager, determine the project’s timeline, assist development, provide information & data from business point of view.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and issues of the project.
- Support and assist team during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Test.
- Provide business reporting support, testing support, user guidelines.
- Create test case based on user requirements.
- Explain the whole business process & business logic to the implementation team.
- Manage and distribute tasks to the team.
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience in analyzing (i) Banking IT from business point of view, highly preferable experienced in Banking and Treasury System (ii) Multifinance, Data & Operations, highly preferable experienced in Lease, Provide & Support System
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Strong analytical skills & business logic.
- Strong management skill, communication skill & presentation skill.
- Experience in doing research for development and business plan.
- Ability to explain the whole business process & business logic to implementation team, manage and distribute task to the team.
- Excellent problem-solving skill, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
- Well organized, multitasker, strong team player, energetic.
