- To oversee the human resource management within the organization in alignment with overall business strategy & goals and ensure organizational effectiveness through culture building and organizational development
- Overall responsibility for administering the day to day HR operations including but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention to impact positively to the organization.
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- Proven work experience as a Senior strategic HR or similar role
- Hands-on person to lead a growing team, infusing new energy and ideas as well as strengthening the team's capabilities
