- Identify reward issues, formulate and implement comprehensive reward strategies that sustain business development needs.
- Develop and grow reward and recognition offering.
- Successful management of the annual pay review and business process.
- Review salary schemes including scheme design, stakeholder management, data preparation, validation, modelling and calculation and communication plan.
- Ensure robust checks and processes are in place to support the effective operation of the payroll.
- Oversee the effective management and develop administration for all employee benefits.
- Provide a consistent approach to salary and benefits benchmarking.
- Ensure the payroll system is maintained and functional.
- Oversee the budgeting process for people costs, including annual budget setting and reforecasts throughout the year.
- Lead the regular People Remuneration Committee where changes the people costs budget are submitted for approval.
- Oversee the provision and development of people data solutions.
- Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS Data and running queries.
- Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR Metrics, including employee performance data.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
- Developing employee benefits plan and maintaining relationship with stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree from related background.
Excellent data and analytical skills.
Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Rules & Regulation especially compensation and benefit area.
Skills or Competencies: MS. Office (Advance Excel), Payroll Software System, PPH21.
In-depth understanding of HR Regulations and strong knowledge on country HR practices related with salary.
Experience of implementing and enhancing reward and benefit programs.
Experience of payroll processing.
Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR Performance metrics.
Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
