- Managing end-to-end HR operational support function
- Managing payroll and comben processes
- Administration for tax, insurance, and other finance function
- Managing general affairs, including but not limited to office administration and building management
The requirements for this position is:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, or other related field
- Previous experience in as a finance officer or manager, followed by experience in human resources function
- Previous experience in managing a rep office and/or branches of a business unit
- Fluent in English
- Japanese language is an added value
- Ability to multitask and strong interpersonal relation
- Candidate will be working in one of the biggest energy company globally
