About the company:
Our client is the omnichannel Vehicle InsurTech company in Indonesia, with a purpose to democratize, empower and redefine Vehicle insurance for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product team to understand the product vision and use cases
- Map out the user journey and relevant UI/UX requirements
- Produce low-high fidelity design(s) and subsequent optimizations based on input/feedback
- Build a design system to standardize design styles and format across web and mobile
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback/input on how to improve the design further
- Conduct A/B test to garner statistically significant data for the most optimal design choices
- Perform holistic and methodological research to extract meaningful user insights for product further improvement
- Frequently attend, research and document the best design practices across the globe
- Assist the product team in conducting monthly studies of competitors’ features/products/capabilities
- Assist the product team in producing the best presentation materials that will tell compelling stories of product features to external stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the supervisor.
- 3-5 years of experience of being the top-notch designers at a leading product/tech company
- Fantastic taste and attuned to the latest design trend in the world
- Gravitation toward simplicity, minimalist, impactful design (less is more)
- Graduation from a top design school such as Parson will be a plus
- Working experience as designers for tech/product companies in the US/Europe market will be a great plus too
- Familiar with use of JIRA and Slack, Figma
- Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Can-do & go-getter attitude and obsession for deliverables, timelines and follow-up
- Meticulous, attention to details, creative
- Fluent in English (Read, Speak, Write, Listen)
- Willingness to put in 200% and overtime if needed to get things done
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and self-starter
