Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the activities of all functions involved in project construction, operations, and workflow of the organisation’s whole process
- Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of construction and operations
- Ensure construction and project operations run smoothly, maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances
- Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire operations and distribution department
- Develop and manage quarterly and yearly strategic departmental budgets
- At least 7-8 years of experience in a complex production and development of construction project within the company, with the addition of managing multiple assets portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from reputable University. Master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven success in operations and constructions project excellence within property and asset management industry – able to innovate with new ideas to achieve efficiency
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- A real go-getter, strong resilience and Hard worker
