- Looking after our contract/R&D farms
- Public speaking on Shrimp Farming in various industry/local events
- Expert advice to our customers
- Creating standard and custom SOP's for farms
- Creating SOP's to manage disease outbreak
- 15 years of experience in Aquaculture
- 10 years of experience in Shrimp Farming in a Technical role
- Leadership experience managing technicians and pond assistants
