About the Operation Director Role:
The Operation Director (Ethical) is accountable for managing Business Operations and CX Departments and coordination across Marketing, Finance and HR, honing their processes and scaling these teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and deliver process improvement projects within the organisation
- To liaise and align with regional teams that are currently working on tools and process changes, successfully implementing various projects
- To identify automation opportunities within the country organisation and to manage internal teams or external vendors to execute automation projects
- To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
- To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in business operations with proven track record in driving accelerated grow
- Minimum of seven years proven continuous improvement analytic experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of C-suite executives, senior managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytic, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
