- Hold Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering.
- Has min. 5 years experience as Mold Technical Supervisor function.
- Conversational level English.
- Hardworking, good interpersonal skill, smart, good communication skill, good analytical skill.
- Preferably has working experience in Japanese manufacture company.

- Handle new trial.
- Production equipment maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and reparation handling.
- Handle & control overall molding technology.
- Work closely with Sales Engineer and make parameter setting to product.
- Repair problems that occur in production.
- Control summary defects by minimizing NG.
- Coordinate with other related department.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
