- Create IT Solution Proposal & Commercial Scheme to fulfill costumer needs
- Coordinate with Technical Team to define BoS (Bill of Service)
- Prepare Agreement & signed by stakeholder on time
- Manage incoming Invoice (Payment on time)
- Manage Costumer Complaint until closed
- Conduct Monthly & Yearly Service Evaluation to review service performance & commercial fee
- Support CS (Customer Satisfaction) Survey Activity
- Support Costumer & Internal to define IT Budget
